How to Register

1. Online

Our secure online registration site allows you to browse, register and pay for a class immediately, with no wait. Pay online with VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

2. In Person

Visit us at SEAPARC Recreation Centre (2168 Phillips Rd) during regular office hours. Payment in person can be processed with either cash, cheque, debit, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

3. By Phone

Call us at 250.642.8000 during regular office hours. Payments by phone can be processed with either a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

• Appropriate program selection and registration is the responsibility of the person registering for the program.
• Participants can transfer from one program to another only if space is available.
• Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
• Adding your name to a waitlist allows us to create new programs when possible and notify you when spaces become available.
• Many programs will run on long weekends, any exceptions will be noted on your registration confirmation.

• All classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration, inclement weather or non-availability of facilities or instructors. In these cases, a full or prorated refund will be issued.
• In order to receive a full refund, requests must be received 72 hours prior to the program start date. Exceptions may be made for medical, relocation or other extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of SEAPARC Recreation.
• A $10 administration fee will apply to all approved refund requests with less than 72 hours notice.
• Class missed by participants due to illness, vacation, or other special events will not be refunded or rescheduled.
