The arena at SEAPARC Recreation Centre features an NHL regulation sized rink and is your go-to location for public skating, hockey and other ice activities. The arena also hosts dry floor activities in the spring. In the summer the arena turns into an art gallery as the home of the Sooke Fine Arts Show.

To make your visit enjoyable and safe for everyone, please follow these rules:

Always skate in the designated direction
Do not carry infants or small children on the ice
Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome on the ice
Refrain from horseplay, tag or excessive speed
No food or drink is allowed on the ice
No shoes allowed on the ice
Helmets are strongly recommended for all skaters
Family & Friends Hockey
Full gear is recommended for youth attending Family & Friends Hockey
Helmets and gloves are required for Family & Friends Hockey
No slap shots or body checks permitted
Adult Hockey

Fair play: players are to rotate shifts to allow ice time for all

The SEAPARC Arena is available for private rentals. You'll find spectator seating for 500, 6 changerooms, and a referee room. The rink is 200 x 85 and includes access to music, score clock, and goal nets. Access to the skate shop is available for an extra fee. The ice season is mid-August to end of March.
