Planning a Party

Party Details:

• Available Saturdays 12:15-2:15pm
• Available for up to 15 children ages 1-4 years
• A party host will set up and help supervise the bounce house and play time
• Party includes bounce house and kindergym toys, table clothes, napkins, plates & cutlery
• Must be booked at least two weeks in advance

How to Book:

• Kindergym Parties are booked with reception, by phone 250.642.8000 or in person.

• These are un-hosted parties
• Includes admission for up to 15 children and five adults
• Children under 7 must be within arms reach of an adult (16+) at a 1:3 ratio in pool
• Children 7-9 must have a responsible adult in the facility
• Rental includes tables and chairs set up in party room

How to Book:

Swim Parties are booked online or with reception, by phone 250.642.8000 or in person. Additional pool party time slots may be available on weekends. Please contact reception for details.

Insurance Requirements:

• Third Party Liability Insurance is required for un-hosted parties, insurances fees vary ranging from $4-13. Visit crd.instantriskcoverage.com for purchase, select Birthday Party as the activity, or use another insurance broker of your choosing. The Capital Regional District must be listed as an additional insured.

• Rentals included for skate party. Hockey equipment is not permitted.

Please note, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to cancel or make changes to your party.

Access to the party room is only available as per your scheduled booking time. This is typically 15 minutes prior to your party time.

Sorry, but we require all parties to finish on schedule so as not to interfere with any subsequent bookings or programs.

Parents are welcome to bring any decorations, food, or other supplies for the party that they wish. SEAPARC Recreation Centre does not provide knives, candles and matches; these are the responsibility of the family.
